Stumbling upon gems like this Christian Dior midi skirt at a thrift store for $3.00 is one of those things that sort of make you believe in god. Or Anna Wintour. Finding this piece after my trip to NYC was like a little welcome home gift from SF. Plus these Cat Eye / Wayfarer inspired glasses from GlassesShop.com are pretty much the cutest things ever, so chic and fun!

We bought a few of these French Connection motorcycle tees as a team (over at LE TOTE) in NYC this past February. Ever since they came in it has been so much fun seeing how each girl styles her graphic muscle tee! I am a sucker for Cafe Racers (I believe I even dedicated a whole post to them at some point) so this top is definitely a new favorite in my closet, we passed up the dress with the same print and I'm still regretting it!
I immediately knew that this piece had to be paired with girly accents. Muscle tees and motorcycles just scream pair me with anything pink or lacy. Please, leather and lace is the mint chocolate chip to my. . .you get the picture. What better way to style this top then a DIY acid wash denim jacket, pink accessories, and t-strap heels? Oh I don't know, add some leopard! Duh.

My inner hippie loves to come out and play, and surprising as this is, I feel like it doesn't come out often enough in SF. And I live in The Haight? I know I'm disappointing. But with all the commotion about Coachella I knew I just had to do a post featuring this dress. I have my reservations about Coachella, though my experience was lovely, I can't help but think there are other festivals with more genuine people. Don't get get me wrong I think Coachella is a festival everyone should attend as a bucket list activity but I will say that I think the fashion aspect of it excites me more than the actual festival did. That being said I will definitely post my satirical article on 10 things I learned at Coachella when it approaches.

I've always been a fan of the white tee and denim look. I have also always been a fan of high waisted jeans, and these bad boys are one of the best pairs of high waisted jeans I've worn, I'm also slightly embarrassed I just said bad boys.... Either way they slipped on perfectly, with the right amount of stretch and structure, plus in all honestly my butt still looked great in them. Finding a pair of high waisted denim that can accentuate your 'trunk' in the right way is difficult and AOS has made the perfect and most affordable pair of high rise jeans.
I styled my high rise black skinnies with a cropped white tank and a Calvin Klein bralette with lace up heels and gold accessories. This look is for you girls who want to go out looking like a stone cold fox, without going over the top, or god forbid wearing a bandage dress. Please can we burn all bandage dresses.
